Stuffed peppers with FITAKI

Ingredients for 6 servings

400 g FITAKI Original

2 Yellow peppers

2 Red peppers

2 Green peppers

Oregano, thyme, salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut off the tops of the peppers.
  2. Remove the core with the seeds and rinse in cold water.
  3. Bake the peppers in an oven at 225°С for 15 to 20 minutes and then leave them to cool off for 10 minutes.
  4. To prepare the filling, cut the FITAKI cheese into small pieces, mix it with the oregano and the thyme and season it with salt and pepper. Stuff the peppers with the filling.

Instead of oregano and thyme, you can use other fresh or dried herbs according to your individual taste. In addition to the FITAKI cheese, you can also use various fruits. For example, fresh mango, sweet pear or kiwi will give this dish a unique flavour.
