Creamy brine cheese in two varieties: 200 g and 500 g
Оriginal – cheese with a pleasant, slightly salty flavour.
Ideal for the preparation of salads, sandwiches and grilled dishes.

Production & ingredients
FITAKI Original is made from cows' milk and produced by using a special ultrafiltration technology. After its production, FITAKI is aged for at least 21 days in the hermetic atmosphere of a Tetra Pak packaging. The Tetra Pak packaging guarantees the high quality of the FITAKI products. It guarantees not only the long shelf life and freshness of the FITAKI cheese, but also completely protects it from light – thanks to this, our product retains its valuable nutrients and natural taste.

Preparing for use & storing
If after opening the package you have not used the entire amount of the cheese, then follow our simple tips for storage:
- Always store FITAKI Original in the fridge.
- It is important to protect the cheese from drying out and to protect it from taking on the odours of other products. Therefore, FITAKI Original must be well packaged.
- Store the cheese between 2°C and 8°С.
FITAKI White Cheese
Traditionally ripened brine cheese, 200 g
Ripened in brine according to a traditional method. Has a delicate, piquant taste.
Is perfect for the preparation of hot and cold dishes – it is also an indispensable ingredient in many Mediterranean recipes.

Production & ingredients
FITAKI White Cheese is produced from 100% fresh cows' milk by highly qualified professionals, who are specialised in traditional recipes. Thanks to the brine, FITAKI White Cheese retains its freshness for a long time. And the special vacuum foil of the packaging perfectly preserves its wonderful aroma. The brine in which FITAKI White Cheese is stored is a natural product consisting only of water and salt. The brine possesses the properties of a preserving agent; i.e., it increases the shelf lives of the foods put in it.

Storing
If after opening a package of FITAKI White Cheese, you do not use the entire amount of the cheese, please follow the instructions below:
You may store the remaining cheese in a plastic box or in a small glass jar. Pour some olive oil over the cheese and store it in the fridge between 2°C and 8°C. In addition, you can also add fresh or dried herbs to the oil – for example, rosemary, oregano, thyme or basil. This will infuse the cheese with exquisite Mediterranean aromas.
Store the cheese between 2°C and 8°С.
